Pyx Refund Policy

Polar is the Merchant of Record for every Pyx purchase. Polar is the seller of record and processes payments, invoices, sales tax and VAT, refunds, and chargebacks. Pyx never sees your card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Polar customer portal. Pyx keeps working through the period you already paid for, and your subscription then does not renew. Canceling is reversible until the paid period ends.

Requesting a refund

If something went wrong with a purchase, open the Polar customer portal and select the order, or email us at jaredswatson55@gmail.com and we will help. Refunds, where offered, are issued by Polar as Merchant of Record under Polar's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.

Billing questions

Invoices, receipts, plan changes, and card updates are all handled in the customer portal. The full billing terms live in the Terms of Service, Section 8.
